To aid my mood and mental health, I’ve been implementing a strategy I call hydratin’ and meditatin’.

I start my morning by guzzling some water and repeating throughout the day. And I end most days with a 20-minute meditation before bed.

I’m not foolish enough to think this will help every day or with every situation, but I do believe that taking care of the fundamentals helps far more than we recognize.
